Info-Santé 811 is a free and confidential telephone consultation service. Dialing 811 promptly puts you in contact with a nurse in case of a non-urgent health issue. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Anyone living in Québec can call Info-Santé 811 for themselves or a family member. Info-Santé 811 nurses evaluate your health situation and give advice based on your condition. They can answer your questions about your health and direct you to the most appropriate resource in your region. Calling Info-Santé 811 often helps avoid going to a medical clinic or emergency room.

McGill Wellness Hub
McGill offers a wide variety of services to support student success and well-being. The Hub offers access to dieticians, counsellors, psychiatrists, general practitioners, faculty-specific Local Wellness Advisors (LWA), well-being workshops, and more. MCSS Health and Dental Insurance: Student Care
All undergraduate students in the Fall Term who are members of the MacDonald Campus Students’ Society (MCSS) and who are paying tuition fees at either the Canadian or Quebec rates are automatically covered by the collective Health & Dental Plan. All international undergraduate students beginning in the Fall Term are automatically covered by the Dental Plan only. Students may opt-out of this coverage.

Sexual Assault Centre of the McGill Students' Society (SACOMSS)
SACOMSS’ services aim to empower survivors and to raise awareness concerning sexual assault in the McGill and Montreal communities. All our services are open to the public and are provided free-of-charge. Services include a crisis helpline (DIAL), in-person support, support groups, advocacy, and outreach. SACOMSS is provided by the Students' Society of McGill University (SSMU).
