​The 911 emergency telephone service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency services should be deployed when someone's life is in danger, someone is in distress, or you have witnessed a serious crime or offense.

SSMU WALKSAFE

WALKSAFE is a free SSMU service. No matter what the reason, our WALKERs will get you from A to B, safely. Safe-walks are on a first-come-first-served basis and cannot be reserved ahead of time. Call us during our operation hours, tell us your current location and destination, and we will dispatch a team of two volunteers to you.

WALKSAFE

SSMU DRIVESAFE

SSMU DriveSafe is a service run by the Student Society of McGill University. Our patrols drive students home safely to and from anywhere on the Island of Montreal and Kahnawake for free. The service is available Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Some South shore shuttles are also now available on Fridays and Saturdays.
