Mac Frosh is organized by a team of eight dedicated Coordinators who are also Mac campus students, just like you! Frosh participants, or "Froshies" as we affectionately call them, are split into teams managed by our fantastic Frosh Leaders. Your Leaders are upper-year Mac students who will guide you through the week, lead activities, and check up on you to make sure you are always feeling good and help if you are not. All members of our team undergo many hours of training, such as consent and responding to disclosures, safety, equity and diversity, accessibility, community-building, communications and conflict management, harm reduction and self-care. Make sure to ask us all your Montreal and McGill-related questions, we love to help out!
However, the MVP award goes to... our Froshies! This event is nothing without you all, and we are lucky to get the chance to meet the incoming class in the most fun context every year. We can't wait to meet you all.
